The BRASS fountain pen is fed with cartridges, one at a time. The box contains six, laid flat in a cardboard case measuring 41 mm by 48 mm. Each cartridge is 7 mm in diameter and 38 mm long. They are made in Austria, not Japan like the ballpoint and pencil refills in the same range. Black and blue-black cover everyday use, from notebooks to correspondence.
