A pen rest that enhances your break moments with its sculpted shape that will delight your eyes. Designed to hold any type of pen without defining a specific spot, it effortlessly blends into your workspace with a subtle presence.
The asymmetrical design is crafted to easily rest and pick up your pen, and can hold up to 3 fine pens. It is designed to ensure stability and prevent accidental falls.
The design of the ink bottle and writing accessories was carefully entrusted to Japanese designer Makoto Koizumi. Imagined as furniture pieces to be treasured, the different materials were crafted by Japanese artisans.
Maito Design Works specializes in making Japanese objects using natural plant-based materials. It is also a local partner located near Kuramae.
The indigo dyeing with multiple layers is finished with beeswax. Initially very dark in appearance, the color will reveal itself over time and gain depth.

Usage & Entretien
Friction may cause color or wax transfer.
To prevent discoloration, avoid soaking the pen holder in water, sudden temperature changes, and prolonged exposure to sunlight.
Due to the nature of the material and its treatment, color and grain may vary from piece to piece.
If it gets stained with ink, wipe with a soft cloth.
