"A color hidden in our hearts. PO expresses the way we blush upon seeing the loved one in the distance." The names given to the inks are inspired by Japanese onomatopoeia and their imagery. 

Innovative pigments have been developed to minimize clogging in the nib while being water-resistant. These inks can be used with dip pens, fountain pens, and rollerballs, allowing you to fully enjoy the pleasure of writing and drawing.

The evocative shape of the bottle resembles a drop of molten glass that has solidified. Filling the bottles with ink creates the illusion of 2 elements that have become one. The stable base prevents the ink from being spilled.  

Once dry, these pigment inks are water and fade resistant. They have been developed so that your special messages stand the test of time. 

The large opening of 2cm with an 8° incline facilitates soaking and thus avoids the risk of damaging delicate nibs. The reduced depth allows for effortless refilling and helps keep your pens clean. 

The design of the bottle and writing accessories has been carefully entrusted to Japanese designer Makoto Koizumi. Imagined as pieces of furniture that are cherished, the various materials have been crafted by Japanese artisans.

KAKIMORI is a brand born from a specialized stationery shop, founded by the enthusiast Hirose Takuma. This must-visit shop in Tokyo, which counts among its clients the most discerning writing enthusiasts, opened an ink counter in 2014 to allow for the creation of custom colors. It is from this experience that the 10 most loved colors from their archives were born.

USE & MAINTENANCE

• Pigment-based ink, shake well before use
• If ingested, seek advice from your doctor.
• If the ink comes into contact with the eyes, rinse with water and consult your doctor.
• Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• Use your pen regularly to prevent the ink from drying in the nib.
• This ink has been designed and tested for the pens sold at the KAKIMORI store. They may not be compatible with other pens.
