Frequently Asked Questions

What is a mini notebook used for?

A mini notebook is used for quick daily notes, lists, ideas, addresses, or sketches, wherever a large notebook would be cumbersome. Slipped into a pocket or bag, it’s always within reach. It’s the ideal tool to never lose an idea, at home or on the go.

Is the paper in KAKIMORI mini notes of good quality?

Yes, KAKIMORI carefully selects its papers, even in small formats. The paper holds ink well and remains pleasant to write on with both pen and nib. This is what sets these mini notebooks apart from ordinary pads. The sheet details the paper type and format.

Are these notebooks suitable for fountain pens?

Yes, like other KAKIMORI papers, they are chosen to handle ink well, without too much bleeding or feathering. For a small size, a fine or medium nib is best. Each sheet specifies the paper type, so you can choose a notebook suited to your pen and handwriting.

Is a mini notebook a good gift?

Yes, it's a small, simple, and useful gift that appeals to stationery lovers as well as those who enjoy jotting things down. Paired with a pen, it makes a thoughtful and complete present. The quality of KAKIMORI paper makes it a daily object that is a pleasure to use.
