To celebrate the Year of the Snake (2025), this limited edition snake is modeled after the famous maneki neko cat. The snake’s tail resembles a hand and is used to bring good luck. A cute, round, and inviting snake with a smiling face. It is said that the left hand invites people and brings them luck, such as business prosperity and good relationships. That’s why the maneki neko raises its left paw, and here the snake uses its tail in the same gesture.
"Pole pole" means "slowly, little by little" in Swahili. The Japanese maker T-Lab is committed to preserving the craft of woodworking.
