SMOKELESS GRILL IN CLAY FROM IGA - YAKI YAKI SAN
This Iga clay grill promises a unique cooking quality, similar to a charcoal grill, but with fewer drawbacks. The Iga clay, known as "the breathing clay," allows for good heat retention and distribution for even and quick cooking of food. All nutritional qualities and flavors are thus preserved thanks to the harmony between the clay, water, and fire.
The YAKI YAKI SAN is made up of 2 parts. The slightly domed and ribbed grill prevents fats from stagnating and burning. The base includes a ring to fill with water to collect the fats. The combination of the 2 parts allows for healthier cooking, a pleasant moment with almost zero smoke, and easy cleaning.

USE & MAINTENANCE
- The YAKI YAKI SAN sits on a stove or portable burner.
- Not suitable for electric plates, nor induction.
- Quick cleaning by hand only
- Do not put in the dishwasher
Usage instructions:
- Place the base on your stove. Fill the water tank to about 80%. Place the grill on top.
- Turn the flame to maximum for 5 minutes. Reduce to medium power to start cooking the food. Oil the grill with a brush if necessary to prevent certain foods from sticking to the grill.
- Check the water level from time to time. Pour the water through the designated notches.
