Sugar pot by the Japanese manufacturer Hasami Porcelain, designed by Takuhiro Shinomoto. You can add a lid (in the same finish, mismatched, or wooden) and stack HASAMI PORCELAIN mugs, milk pots, and ramekins for optimized storage.

The HASAMI PORCELAIN collection was entrusted to designer Takuhiro Shinomoto, founder of Tortoise in Venice, CA. His idea is to create modern tableware that incorporates the organic qualities produced by traditional Japanese techniques.
Inspired by traditional lacquered boxes (Jubako), the different pieces are the same size for stable stacking. The wooden plates and trays can also be used as lids or trays. Simple and practical, this tableware is designed for everyday use. Its aesthetic with clean lines, enhanced by the layering of elements, makes it a perfect match for contemporary and minimalist kitchens.
The colors vary depending on the position in the kiln during firing and the season (temperature, humidity). These characteristics are part of the charm of this range and should be accepted as such.
