Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

You have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days, without having to give any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by email:

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the products.

Effects of Withdrawal (Refund)

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund:

  • the price of the returned item(s);

  • the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at the time of purchase (in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU).

If you chose a more expensive delivery method (express, priority, etc.), the additional cost is not refunded.

The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products or of the provision of proof of dispatch.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment as used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Return Conditions

Products should only be handled to the extent necessary to establish their:

  • nature,

  • characteristics,

  • proper functioning,

as you would when examining them in a shop.

The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary, provided that this information was given before the contract was concluded, in accordance with European regulations.

Products must be returned with all their accessories and in secure packaging.

Writing Instruments (Important)

This applies to: fountain pens, rollerball pens, ballpoint pens, felt-tip pens, dip pens and other writing instruments.

You may examine the item as you would in a shop.
Any use involving ink goes beyond normal inspection, including:

  • filling,

  • inserting a cartridge,

  • writing,

  • ink testing,

  • ink marks or residue.

In such cases:

  • a deduction may be applied, or

  • if the item can no longer be resold, the refund may be refused.

These rules comply with Article 14(2) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Return Costs

Change of Mind

Return costs are borne by the customer.

Defective or Damaged Product, or Order Error

We cover the return costs or provide a prepaid label once the issue has been confirmed.

Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

Under European law, the following cannot be returned:

  • personalised or made-to-measure products;

  • sealed items unsealed after delivery, for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Sale items benefit from the same rights as full-price items.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items.

We are only responsible for the parcel until it is received if a prepaid label has been provided.

Sending Your Return

We recommend using a tracked service for any return with a value over 75 €.
Without tracking, we cannot guarantee receipt of the parcel.
