Made from lightweight aluminum, it slips over the tip of your Blackwing pencil, protecting it in your bag, pocket, or case. It fits perfectly on the end of your pencil as soon as it reaches the unsharpened part. Simply push the cap about 0.6 cm onto the pencil body to secure it in place.

The original Blackwing 602 pencil alone inspired the works of some of the greatest artists in history. It is said that Disney animator Shamus Culhane requested to be buried with his Blackwing 602.
