BRASS NIB WITH PATINA

Our classic brass nib, adorned with a beautiful patina. Adjust the angle to explore bold and fine lines, and enjoy the same versatile writing experience with a subtle and refined touch. Inspired by a century of aging, the patina reproduces the elegant natural aging of brass through an organic-origin treatment.

The antique finish will gradually evolve with writing and handling, revealing the original shine of the brass and allowing you to enjoy its unique transformation.

  • Original brass luster revealed over time
  • Adjust the angle to vary line width
  • The antique patina may vary in color from piece to piece.

USE AND CARE

  • Initial ink flow may be slow due to the protective coating on the nib and will improve gradually with repeated rinsing and ink application.
  • The maximum writing angle is 45 degrees.
  • When removing the nib from the holder, pull it gently while twisting to avoid dislodging the nib support.
  • A strong impact on the precisely crafted nib can compromise ink flow.
  • To prevent dried ink buildup in the grooves, rinse frequently with water during use.
  • To remove stubborn dried ink, gently rub with water using a soft toothbrush.
  • If you use a detergent, a neutral pH detergent is recommended. Avoid alkaline detergents as they would damage the surface.
