Hibi's 10 Minute Aroma incense was born from the meeting of a match factory and an incense manufacturer, with a shared mission: to create a new product combining two crafts. The result is a collection of match-incense sticks. No wood is used: it is compressed incense powder. Since Japanese incense is traditionally very fragile, Hibi adds a touch of washi pulp to make it sturdy enough to be struck.
