WHALE KNIFE

"Kujira," whale in Japanese, is a series of playful knives handmade by the blacksmith Yamashita. Originally designed for children, they were used to teach them how to properly sharpen a pencil or do small tasks in the kitchen. They are not very pointed, but the blade is precise, making them also a good cutter.

In summary, these are high-quality multi-purpose knives with an original and charming design.

Carbon steel blade sandwiched between two layers of iron, black kurouchi finish: wipe it after use and oil it lightly to prevent rust.
