TRAY BY TOYO STEEL
Born in the heart of Higashi-Osaka, a city renowned for its industrial heritage, this tray is a product of precision and practicality. Originally designed for local factories, it served as an essential tool for organizing small parts like screws. Today, we bring this trusted companion of craftsmen into everyday life.
Made using the same one-piece die-casting technique as high-end toolboxes, these pieces are both lightweight and very durable. Unlike fragile plastic alternatives, they are made of sturdy iron, offering a timeless solution that withstands wear. The integrated grooves allow labeling, making organization simple and intuitive.
To adapt it for general use, we introduced sturdy perforated panels. These panels not only increase storage capacity but also enhance the product's aesthetics, combining utility and style. Whether at home, in your workshop, or at the office, the stand offers a chic and effective way to declutter and display.
Rooted in decades of trust and expertise, the tray reflects the durability and reliability that have supported professionals for years. Now it’s your turn to discover this heritage in your daily life.
CUSTOMIZABLE STORAGE FOR EVERY NEED
Double storage option: replace the perforated panel with an additional tray, enhancing storage for tools, parts, or supplies.
Double panel configuration: use two perforated panels for maximum vertical organization, perfect for those who need more space.
For even more flexibility, trays and perforated panels are available separately, allowing you to customize your setup as your needs evolve.

Each box is made in Higashi Osaka, in the same workshop for over half a century. A sheet of steel, a press, a craft passed down.

THE TOYO STEEL EXPERTISE
What makes this box unique
A single steel sheet, zero welding
Each box is made from a single sheet of cold-pressed steel. No welding, no weak points. A one-piece structure that ensures exceptional durability over time.
Rounded corners, no sharp edges
Rounded corners are not just aesthetic: they eliminate sharp edges, make cleaning easier, and enhance the structural strength of each box.
Lightweight but indestructible
Cold-rolled steel offers an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio. Easy to carry, hard to damage — an item designed for everyday use, not for the closet.
Closure adjusted by interlocking
The lid fits precisely thanks to the pressing technique. A clean closure, without clips or mechanisms — pure Japanese simplicity.
Epoxy finish, durable color
Epoxy paint resists scratches, rust, and stains. The colors retain their brightness over the years, even with heavy use.
Made in Japan since 1969
Each box comes from the same workshop in Osaka. More than half a century of expertise, a design that has hardly changed — because it didn’t need to.
