Made from lightweight aluminum, it slips over the tip of your Blackwing pencil, protecting it in your bag, pocket, or case. It fits perfectly on the end of your Blackwing pencil as soon as it reaches the unsharpened part. Simply push the cap about 0.6 cm onto the pencil body to secure it in place.

The Blackwing pencil has a rich history dating back to 1934. In 2008, Palomino acquired the brand and began producing the Blackwing line as we know it today.
Blackwing pencils are renowned for the quality of their graphite and the unique smoothness of their lead. The Blackwing pencil is instantly recognizable by its semi-hexagonal body and replaceable eraser. The original 602 pencil alone inspired the works of some of history’s greatest artists. It is said that Disney animator Shamus Culhane requested to be buried with his Blackwing 602.
