Using abandoned fishing nets from Taiwan, it comes to life in a new form. Ocean-themed, three colors illustrate the enchanting shades of the sea throughout the day.

YSTUDIO explores the variations of ocean colors and waves, capturing the passage of time and highlighting different moods in your daily life.

The durable Ocean ballpoint pen takes its name from Taiwan, surrounded by the sea, while reflecting the source of its material – recycled fishing nets. 

YSTUDIO is passionate about valuing and preserving objects, aiming to extend their lifespan to lighten the burden on our planet.

In a commitment to sustainability, this pen is made from:

1. Used fishing nets recovered in Taiwan.

2. Recycled ocean nylon, reducing carbon emissions by approximately 83%.

3. Complies with the strictest environmental standards: raw materials meet EU RoHS, REACH certifications, and the Global Recycled Standard (GRS).

4. Brass components with low lead and nickel content, ensuring a lead level below 0.01%.

5. Outer packaging made of FSC-certified paper, promoting responsible forest management.

USAGE AND CARE

To ensure the longevity of your pen and keep it looking flawless, please follow these tips:

• Exposure to sunlight: To avoid slight yellowing of plastic components, minimize prolonged sun exposure.

• Exposure to alcohol: Although alcohol has no harmful effect during use, it’s best to avoid prolonged exposure to prevent any damage.

• Regular cleaning: For daily maintenance, use a dry cloth. If dirty, simply wipe with a damp cloth.

• Brass: The front tip of the pen is made of brass; its color may change depending on use and storage conditions. This color change due to oxidation is harmless. To restore the original appearance, use brass oil and a thick paper towel to gently polish.
